How do I order?
The website is open 24/24 on all days of the week. All orders are taken online by filling out the order form.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all countries in the European Union. For deliveries outside the specified territory, please get in touch with us at buniol.tomatoes@gmail.com.
Are your seeds from a trusted source?
We source all our seeds from our homegrown tomatoes in our family garden. What we would use in our garden we will deliver to you.
The same is valid for our seedlings. We use only our fermented seeds to obtain the plants we share with you.
All seeds sold are for amateur garden use only. These are not commercial-grade seeds for field/glasshouse commercial crops.
How long can I keep the seeds?
Fermented tomato seeds can be stored for a minimum of 5 years, although if kept in a cool, dark, dry location, in many cases will far exceed this. Seed viability usually steadily decreases over time rather than a sudden drop.
When will you dispatch my order?
Tomato Seeds. We package and dispatch throughout the day and guarantee any orders paid before 13:00 on a weekday will be dispatched the same day.
Tomato Seedlings. We package and dispatch the plants between 20.04 and 15.05. to make sure the delivery process is free of any risk of frost, mainly at the place of destination.
Art Prints. Please note our art prints are made on demand. We will pack your order as soon as possible. We aim to dispatch your order within 3 days of your order being placed. However, please note that sometimes it can take 1-2 days extra due to delays at the carrier, bank holidays or if we have an unusually high volume of orders.
If you haven’t received your order within the delivery time advertised, please first check if you have provided us with the correct information. If you have provided the right information, contact us at buniol.tomatoes@gmail.com no longer than 30 working days after the order was placed, and we will help you.
Are Buniol tomato seeds organic?
No, our tomatoes or seeds are not certified organic. Our products are more than that. They are sustainably obtained products. We focus on the health of the soil we grow in and do not use harmful substances. Plant protection is 100% natural, and vermicompost is our ally for a boost of vitality.
What does "fermented tomato seeds" mean?
The fermentation process in saving tomato seeds mimics the natural process that occurs as fruits rot. It removes germination-inhibiting substances from the seed coat, thus increasing the germination rate and overall quality of the seeds.
How are the products packaged?
All our products are packed to be delivered without incident, even the seedlings. But most importantly, they arrive as a gift to celebrate our love for tomatoes. We use premium packaging such as impeccable cardboard envelopes, silk paper, and biodegradable cups.
Refund Policy
We wish you to be entirely satisfied with any purchase from us and thus offer an unconditional full refund for art prints, which must be requested within 14 days from receipt of the package. Please notify us in advance of any item being returned at buniol.tomatoes@gmail.com. Items returned are at the buyer’s expense for postage, recorded delivery is recommended for higher value items, and items must be received in their original packaging and condition as new.
